지니 로메티 IBM 회장은 “새로운 교육방식으로 양성된 뉴칼라 인재가 향후 4차 산업혁명 시대를 움직일 것”이라고 강조했습니다. 기존의 블루칼라(Blue Collar)나 화이트칼라(White Collar)가 아닌 새로운 형태의 인재, 뉴칼라(New Collar) 인재가 주목받을 것이라는 이야기입니다.

IBM Chairman Genie Rometti emphasized, "New-collar talent trained with a new educational method will move the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution in the future." In other words, a new type of talent, New Collar talent, will be attracting attention, not the existing Blue Collar or White Collar.

Yeonam Institute of technology is a specialized university in engineering established and supported by LG Yeonam Academy. Based on the support of LG, we are focusing our educational capabilities on fostering new color talent who can lead the 4th Industrial Revolution in the field. In order to develop the agility and creativity to immediately respond to complex problems in the industrial field, and to foster human resources that can be put into the field immediately, our university operates a track course where you can learn various engineering knowledge in one place.
