기업구조조정 업무와 관련하여서도, 기업회생과 관련한 교육 강사 경험을 포함하여 기업회생, Work-Out에 대한 전문지식을 가지고 다양한 형태의 업무 경험을 보유하고 있으며, 부산지방법원, 창원지방법원, 울산지방법원의 조사위원 역할을 수행했을 뿐만 아니라, 부산지방법원은 조사위원 총괄 보고 업무 경험도 보유하고 있습니다.

또한, 회생 M&A 자문도 인수/매각 주간 구분 없이 다수 수행/성공 경험이 있어 회생관련 전문지식을 포함한 광범위한 M&A 자문 서비스가 가능합니다.

After graduating from the Department of Business Administration at Busan National University, Accountant Lee Dae-hoon joined Samil Accounting Corporation in 2006 and conduct TS field like Private/Public M&A Advisory, investment attraction, etc. and corporate rehabilitation, workout, fast-track due diligence, corporate spin-off, enterprise value evaluation etc.

He is confident that he can provide the highest level of service in relation to the corporate deal business as he have many successful experiences by taking on private deal-oriented tasks such as investment attraction and M&A, sufficient experience and professional knowledge.

In relation to corporate restructuring,he has various types of work experience with expertise in corporate rehabilitation and work-out, including training instructor experience related to corporate rehabilitation. In addition, he served as an investigator for the Busan District Court, Changwon District Court, and Ulsan District Court.

Also he can provide a wide range of M&A advisory services including rehabilitation-related expertise since he has many successful experience in carrying out rehabilitation M&A advisory service regardless of acquisition/sale week.

In order for SMEs to grow one step further in the future, they should not be afraid of corporate structure changes such as M&A/investment attraction, but should actively proceed with advice from experts with professional knowledge and experience.
