빈스 도안(Đoàn Hữu Hà Vinh)은 베트남의 주요 부동산 회사인 Hodeco 그룹에서 부국장 겸 이사회의 일원으로 활동하고 있다. 그는 네덜란드의 삭시온 대학교에서 전기공학 학위를 받았고, 이후 경영학 석사 과정을 이수하였다. 빈스 도안은 2011년부터 Hodeco에 합류하여 바리아붕따우 지역에서의 부동산 시장 성장에 기여하고 있다.

그의 리더십 아래, Hodeco는 주거, 산업 및 도시 개발을 포함한 여러 주요 부동산 프로젝트를 실행해왔다. 대표적인 프로젝트로는 라이트 시티 도시 개발과 푸미 신도시 개발이 있다. 또한, Hodeco는 고급 부동산 및 지속 가능한 개발을 확장하면서, 친환경 프로젝트와 사회적 책임을 강조하며, 사회 주택 및 다양한 지역 사회 프로젝트를 지원하는 데 앞장서고 있다. 빈스 도안은 회사의 재정적 어려움을 극복하는 데 중요한 역할을 했으며, 베트남의 도시화 및 현대화 노력에 지속적으로 기여하고 있다.

Vince Doan, also known as Đoàn Hữu Hà Vinh, currently holds a significant leadership role at Hodeco Group, a prominent real estate company in Vietnam. He serves as the Deputy CEO and is also a member of the Board of Directors of the company. Vince Doan has a strong academic and professional background, holding a degree in Electrical Engineering from Saxion University in the Netherlands and a Master’s in Business Administration. He has been part of Hodeco since 2011, contributing to its steady growth in the real estate market, particularly in the Ba Ria-Vung Tau region.

Under his leadership, Hodeco has implemented several key real estate projects, including residential, industrial, and urban developments. Notable projects include The Light City Urban Area and the Phu My New Urban Area. Hodeco has expanded its business in high-end properties and sustainable development, emphasizing eco-friendly projects and social responsibility, including supporting social housing initiatives and various community projects. Vince Doan has been instrumental in steering the company through financial challenges and ensuring its continued contributions to Vietnam's urbanization and modernization effort.
