Le Tri Thong은 현재 베트남의 주요 주얼리 회사인 PNJ(푸뉴언 주얼리 주식회사)의 부회장 겸 CEO로 활동하고 있으며, 2023-2026년 동안 호치민시 젊은 기업가 협회(YBA) 회장직을맡고 있다. 그는 학력 면에서도 두각을 나타내며, 영국의 명문 대학인 옥스퍼드 대학교에서 MBA 학위를 취득했습니다. 본래 호치민시 기술대학교에서 화학 기술을 전공했지만, 이후 사업에 대한 열정을 추구하기 위해 미국에서의 박사 과정을 포기하고 경영학으로 방향을 전환했습니다.

2017년 PNJ의 부회장으로 합류한 그는, 2018년 CEO로 승진해 Cao Thi Ngoc Dung의 뒤를 이었으며, 그 이후 PNJ는 디지털 전환과 혁신을 통해 베트남 주얼리 시장에서의 입지를 더욱 강화하며 성장을 이어가고 있다. 그는 2019년에 베트남의 유망한 젊은 기업가 상인 "레드 스타 상"을 수상하며 그의 사업적 기여가 인정받았으며, 현재도 YBA 회장으로서 젊은 기업가들을 지원하고, 혁신과 협업을 강조하며 지역 경제 발전에 기여하고 있다.

Le Tri Thong is currently serving as the Vice Chairman and CEO of PNJ (Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company), a leading jewelry company in Vietnam, and is also the Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City Young Businessmen Association (YBA) for the 2023-2026 term. He has an impressive academic background, having earned an MBA from the prestigious University of Oxford in the UK. Initially, he studied chemical technology at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology but shifted his focus to business, abandoning a PhD opportunity in the U.S. to pursue his passion for management.

Joining PNJ in 2017 as Vice Chairman, he was promoted to CEO in 2018, succeeding Cao Thi Ngoc Dung. Under his leadership, PNJ has strengthened its position in the Vietnamese jewelry market through digital transformation and innovation. In 2019, Thong was recognized for his contributions by winning the "Red Star Award," a prestigious accolade for promising young entrepreneurs in Vietnam. As YBA Chairman, he continues to support young entrepreneurs, focusing on innovation, collaboration, and fostering local economic growth.
