홍사혁 대표이사는 1987년에 창업하여 미래를 지향하고 혁신을 주도하자는 회사의 패러다임 아래 창조적 경영과 지식경영을 실천하고 있다. 전국 자치단체의 대민행정업무의 전산화와 자동화에 기여했으며, 중소형 풍력발전 시스템의 개발로 신재생에너지 분야의 발전에도 역할을 하고 있다.

그는 국내 최초로 자동인증기, 통합증명발급기를 개발하여 보급하였다. 또한, 무인증명발급창구, 자동신청기 등을 자체개발 생산하였으며 우리나라의 IT선진 전자정부 시스템을 일본의 10여 개 지방자치단체(오키나와, 규슈 등)에 구축하고 업계 유일하게 무인증명발급기를 해외에 진출시켰다.

아울러 2009년부터 신재생에너지 분야에 오랜 기간 끊임없는 투자와 노력을 통해 정부조달 우수제품과 혁신제품으로 선정되었으며, 국내는 물론 일본에 수출을 이루어 내는 성과를 가지고 왔다.

2007년 과학기술부장관 표창, 2008년 대통령 표창, 2022년 조달청 표창 등을 수상하였으며 현재 (사)이노비즈협회 부회장, (사)정부조달수출진흥협회 이사를 역임하고 있다.

He developed and distributed automatic certification machines and integrated certification issuing machines for the first time in Korea. In addition, unmanned certification issuance counters and automatic application machines were developed and produced by ANYTEKSYS. And the Korea's IT advanced e-government system was established in about 10 local governments (Okinawa, Kyushu, etc.) in Japan, and the only unmanned certification issuing machine in the industry was to advance overseas.

In addition, since 2009, it has been selected as an excellent government procurement product and innovative product through continuous investment and efforts in the field of new and renewable energy for a long time, and has achieved the results of exporting to Japan as well as Korea.

He has received commendations from the Minister of Science and Technology in 2007, the President's Commendation in 2008, and the Public Procurement Service's Commendation in 2022. He is currently the Vice Chairman of the INNOBIZ Association and the Director of the Korea Government Performance Assured Company Export Promotion Association.
