이우창 한국자원개발 대표는 글로벌사이버대학교 특임교수를 역임하면서 2008년도에 주식회사 한국자원개발을 설립하여 도시개발 및 해외 자원개발을 하며 다양한 활동을 하고 있다. 특히, 인류와 환경을 가장 중요하게 여기며 정부사업 위주의 많은 도시개발 사업을 진행하고 있다. 친환경 힐링센터 및 리조트 개발사업 조성의 선두 주자로서 한국과 동남아시아 지역에 다양한 사업 전반에 대하여 PM 역할을 하고 있다.

Lee Woo-chang, CEO of Korea Resources Development, served as a special professor at Global Cyber University and established Korea Resources Development in 2008, where he has been engaged in various activities including urban development and overseas resource development.

In particular, he is carrying out many urban development projects centered on government projects, placing the highest priority on humanity and the environment.

As a leader in the creation of eco-friendly healing centers and resort development projects, he is acting as PM for various projects in Korea and Southeast Asia.
