저는 어린 시절부터 기업가를 꿈꾸어 왔습니다.
제게 있어 기업가란, 사람들이 필요로하는 물건을 만들고, 이로써 사람들의 삶을 편리하고 윤택하게 해주는 사람이었습니다.
이에 따라 저는 ‘고객의 삶과 행복을 최우선‘ 하는것을 진정한 기업가의 자세라고 여기며 지금까지 최선을 다해 일해왔습니다.
저는 제너시스BBQ그룹의 회장으로서 ‘모든 사람들이 행복한 세상‘과 ‘더불어 잘 사는 삶’ 이라는 가치구현을 가장 큰 목표로 삼고 있습니다.
이 목표를 이루겠다는 열망으로 저는 최단기간내 가맹점 1,000호점을 달성하는 기록을 세울 수 있었고, 전세계 57개국에 진출한 글로벌기업을 이끌 수 있게 되었습니다.

I have dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur since I was young.
To me, an entrepreneur was someone who made things that people needed and made their lives convenient and prosperous.
As a result, I have done my best so far, considering "putting the life and happiness of customers first" as a true entrepreneur's attitude.
As chairman of Genesis BBQ Group, my biggest goal is to realize the values of 'a world where everyone is happy' and 'a life where everyone lives well together'.
With my desire to achieve this goal, I was able to set a record of achieving 1,000th franchise store in the shortest time and lead a global company that has entered 57 countries around the world.
A strong passion and willingness for what one desperately wants.
And the constant challenges and innovations to achieve those dreams are the driving forces behind the creation of the Genesis BBQ Group today.
Genesis BBQ Group is dreaming of becoming the world's largest franchise group with 50,000 franchises worldwide in 2025, the world's No. 1 company, and the Millennium Enterprise Genesis BBQ.
